The short version

The current Refund Radar scan runs entirely in your browser. It does not require an account, connect to a bank or inbox, upload documents, or send your scan answers to us.

Information you enter

Your selected categories, situations, optional company name, and optional amount are held only in the page’s temporary browser memory. The current site does not transmit or persist those answers. They disappear when you refresh or close the page.

Basic delivery logs

Like most websites, our hosting and security provider may process standard request data needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, timestamps, and security signals. We do not use the current site to create advertising profiles or sell personal information.

Cookies and analytics

The current launch does not set advertising cookies and does not include a third-party analytics tracker. Cloudflare may use essential technical mechanisms to provide security and network services.

Links to other sites

Refund Radar links to government agencies and other third-party resources. Their privacy practices apply once you leave this site.

Children

Refund Radar is a general-audience informational tool and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

If the product later adds accounts, uploads, connected services, analytics, or claim handling, this policy will be updated before those features are launched.

For a privacy question, use the contact channel listed with the official Refund Radar domain registration or project repository. Do not send account numbers, card details, government identifiers, or other sensitive documents.
